So how did Dicey get into The Party? well, way back in the early years I just to run a small shop and Dicey was a regular customer. As time went by, he stopped beeing a customer and turned into a friend, a plague, and a constant source of entertainment. So in 1993 i recruited him for the information crew, where he worked until 1996 where he became a main organizer. Next after Stripe and me, Dicey is one of the oldest (and at the same time one of the youngest) people in The Party.
